Cerulean Estates is a Second Life community dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable living environment. Before renting a parcel, please review the General Parcel Rules and Rental Payment Info to ensure they meet your needs. Noncompliance may result in the loss of your rental. All residents and visitors are expected to follow our rental guidelines while in the region. You are responsible for the behavior of anyone you invite to your parcel, so please ensure they understand and adhere to the rental guidelines and respect the privacy of our residents and visitors.
Also, please note that we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect, intolerance, or ignorant behavior. This includes racism, homophobia, sexism, hate speech, bullying, or discrimination of any kind. Violations will lead to immediate removal from the community and loss of your parcel.
General PARCEL Rules
For any concerns, please contact Emm Evergarden or Teagan Cerulean
- No ban lines allowed. Each parcel includes security, which you should use to keep unwanted visitors out. Security orbs must provide at least a 30-second warning. You can also toggle parcel visibility to control whether others can see you on your parcel.
- Terraforming is not permitted. For any parcel adjustments, please contact Emm or Teagan.
- Cerulean Estates are residential use regions and as such they are intended for private residential use only. This means no clubs, stores, etc., are permitted.
- Cerulean is a themed region. To maintain region continuity, please contact Emm or Teagan before adding any landscaping (trees, plants, etc.) or buildings to your parcel.
- Keeping the sky clean. No skyboxes, platforms or floating structures are allowed.
- Heavily scripted items such as breedables, weapons, animated or rotating textures, and roaming animals are not allowed. These strain shared sim resources and can cross onto other parcels. If any scripted items on your parcel negatively impact sim performance, they will be returned.
- Nudity is not allowed in public areas. It is permitted on your parcel if visibility is set to prevent others from seeing you.
